We had a fun agility class in extreme heat in Ct. We did three short exercises. Jump, then R. onto AF, L. over jump, and two more jumps. We did it from both sides of AF, 2nd time from R with RC after AF. Next we did Tire to DW, to jump, 180 to jump, jump, tunnel. Third we did jump, to 6 poles, to L.end of tunnel. We did it from both sides of poles once with a pull left and then with a front cross to the left.It was good practice for the trial this weekend.
